Before contacting us:

1. Make sure the problem isn't with your equipment

  • Are all TVs turned on and on the correct channel?
  • Are your amps and mixer turned on and turned up to the correct level?
  • If you have a video matrix or zoning equipment, is it set correctly?

2. Try a restart

  • Press the power button on the front of your system to shutdown your system.
  • Wait 30 seconds.
  • Press the power button again to switch it back on. The system should take about 1 minute to start up.

3. Make sure your system is online

  • Check around the system for a loose network cable and reconnect it.
  • Check your router is switched on. Try restarting it.
  • Can you access the internet from your office PC, phone or tablet? If not, the problem lies with your internet connection.
